Virtual EHS Specialists

Virtual Environmental, Health, and Safety

How can our VEHS Advisors help you and your company?

man and woman in conversation
  1. What is a VEHS Advisor? That is our Virtual Environmental, Health, & Safety Advisor. They are utilized to fill in the gaps of your current EHS program or to provide you with a complete EHS program if you need help on the compliance side of your business.
  2. How can a VEHS Advisor help you save money? With one low flat monthly rate, our costs are significantly less than hiring another EHS professional as a full-time employee.  We work directly with your current personnel to fill in the gaps of your current program.
  3. Does Virtual mean your VEHS Advisor will never be on site? Absolutely not!  Based on your needs, your VEHS Advisor will come on site to make sure things are operating smoothly and that your compliance needs are being met.  A permanent on-site employee would be assigned to be a liaison to the VEHS Advisor for when we are not on site.  Your VEHS Advisor will always be available by phone or virtual meeting.
  4. What is our experience? Our staff has experience throughout multiple manufacturing industries including but not limited to Chemical Manufacturing, Metals Manufacturing, and Pharmaceutical Manufacturing. We provide complete EHS Training Courses including DOT, EPA, and OSHA.  We have extensive experience in waste management with a devoted technical team lead by our own in-house chemist.  We can assist you with air and water permitting processes as well as keep you up to date on Federal, State, and Local reporting requirements.  Our team is uniquely qualified to help each aspect of your compliance needs.
  5. How do you get started working with one of our VEHS Advisors? First you will speak with one of our VEHS Advisors over the phone so they can learn about your business and all your compliance needs.  We customize each program to each client’s needs.  There is nothing cookie cutter about your business so we have no cookie cutter approach to how we would help with your compliance needs.  Once your initial assessment is completed, we would look at scheduling a site assessment/audit to see how your current program is performing and to see where we would need to make improvements.  Our goal is to save you money by limiting your liability not only to accidents and other incidents but also to potential fines.  When the site assessment/audit is done, we would build a program that would work for your company.  This would include regular site visits based on your needs.
  6. What will the VEHS Advisor Relationship with your company look like? Once you are up and running with your VEHS Advisor, they will always be available for any questions you have.  They will work with your appointed employee at your facility to be the permanent on-site liaison to manage any day to day on site requirements.  Your VEHS Advisor will assist with all reporting and recordkeeping and make sure the company operations are kept in compliance.  We will do regular (e.g. weekly) virtual meetings with the appropriate staff so that all personnel are kept up to date on compliance needs or changes.  Additional virtual meetings will be conducted when the need arises.  Our goal is to keep a close line of communication between your company’s staff and your VEHS Advisor.
